IWM Automation understands service as continuous customer support. Such a support starts with the project management and stretches from maintenance and spare parts service to a 24-hour service. In the first place, project management is responsible for cost-, schedule- and quality-related issues. Of course, our project managers are also the contact persons for all technical and commercial issues. In order for the designed systems to be operated optimally through the appropriate maintenance during operation, IWM Automation also offers maintenance contracts. In the event of wear of components, we provide an efficient spare parts service.

The spare parts service is another part of our continuous customer support. An efficient system offers our clients assistance in case of failure or wear of components. For this, we offer customer-specific replacement parts packages that are tailored to the particular production system.
